Returns and refunds

• 30-day return window from receiving the item.
• Item must be unused/unworn, with tags, in original packaging; proof of purchase required.

• Customer pays return postage if the item is not faulty; recommend tracked returns; store not liable for parcels lost in transit.
• After receipt/inspection, refund is processed within 2 working days; banks can take up to 10 working days (sometimes 48 hours).
• Delivery charges are not refunded (refund is for goods only).
• Non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, earrings (hygiene), plus perishable/custom/personal care/hazardous items categories.
• Exchanges: best approach is return then place a new order; delivery charges apply for exchanged items.
