• Free standard delivery: mainland UK orders over £40 (some heavier items may have a surcharge; customer must select the free option at checkout).
• Ireland: £4.99.
• UK only: orders to mail forwarding centres for shipping outside the UK will be cancelled/refunded.
• Nomination: orders containing Nomination products include a signed-for service.

Returns and refunds

• Item must be unused/unworn, with tags, in original packaging; proof of purchase required.

• Customer pays return postage if the item is not faulty; recommend tracked returns; store not liable for parcels lost in transit.
• After receipt/inspection, refund is processed within 2 working days; banks can take up to 10 working days (sometimes 48 hours).
• Delivery charges are not refunded (refund is for goods only).
• Non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, earrings (hygiene), plus perishable/custom/personal care/hazardous items categories.
