Delivery Information

Thank you for shopping with Something Different. We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible and avoid unnecessary delays.

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery service costs £3.99 and is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.

Standard delivery to Northern Ireland costs £4.99.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please allow the estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery costs £5.99 and is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

Orders containing Nomination products will automatically include a signed-for service within the delivery charge.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days, so please allow additional time when ordering around these dates.

Free Standard Delivery

Free Standard Delivery is available to mainland UK customers on orders over £50.

Some heavier items may carry an additional delivery surcharge, regardless of the order value or selected shipping rate. Where free delivery is available, please ensure you select the free delivery option at checkout. If another service is selected, the relevant delivery charge may still apply.

Delivery Details

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders submitted with incorrect delivery details.

If essential information is missing, such as a house number, we will make every effort to contact you. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders addressed to mail-forwarding centres for onward delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders with a value exceeding £400 will be sent using DPD for insurance purposes.
