Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Something Different! We aim to dispatch parcels as quickly as possible so as to avoid any unnecessary delays with your order.

Our Standard Shipping rate is for the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service at £3.99 to England, Scotland and Wales* and usually takes 3 to 5 business days. If you are concerned about a delayed or missing parcel please wait until this window has lapsed before getting in touch. We also offer express delivery that takes 1 to 3 business days using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

We always endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on the same day; any orders after this point will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please factor Bank Holidays and weekends into delivery times as they do not count as working days.

*Shipping to Ireland is £4.99

Free standard delivery is available to mainland UK customers for orders over £40; please be aware that some heavier items include a delivery surcharge regardless of shipping rate. Please make sure you select this option at checkout, otherwise you may be charged the Standard rate.

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping details during checkout; we cannot assume any responsibility for orders with incorrect details. In the case of missing details (e.g. house number) we will make every attempt to get in touch for clarification; if we haven't heard back from you within 72 hours then your order will be cancelled and refunded.

We only ship within the United Kingdom, any orders that are attempted to be sent to mail forwarding centres for shipping outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Please note that any orders that exceed £400 will be sent via DPD due to insurance purposes.
