Delivery
Standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.99 (usually 3 to 5 business days)
Express delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99 (usually 1 to 3 business days)
Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day (after 3pm dispatches next working day).
Free standard delivery over £40 to mainland UK (some heavier items may have a delivery surcharge).
We only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders to mail forwarding centres for shipping outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
Orders over £400 are sent via DPD due to insurance purposes.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email sales@somethingdifferentuk.co.uk
and we’ll send instructions if your return is accepted.
If the item isn’t faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 2 working days, though your bank can take up to 10 working days to show the refund.
Delivery charges aren’t refundable (refunds are for the goods only).
Sale items, gift cards, and earrings can’t be returned.
