Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.99 to England, Scotland and Wales. Usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

Express Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24, £5.99. Usually delivered within 1–3 working days.

Northern Ireland: Delivery is available for £4.99.

Free Delivery: Free standard tracked delivery is available on eligible mainland UK orders over £50. Some heavier items may incur a surcharge. Please select the free delivery option at checkout where applicable.

Dispatch: Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched the next working day.

• We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
• Orders using mail forwarding services for onward shipping outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
• Orders containing Nomination products are sent using a signed-for service.
• Orders over £400 are dispatched using DPD for insurance purposes.
• Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Changed your mind?

For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason. You must notify us within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your goods. If items arrive separately, the period normally begins after the final item arrives.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send your items back. You can also cancel before delivery. We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind returns period.

What can be returned?

Statutory cancellation rights apply to eligible full-price items, sale items and Blind Boxes. Certain legal exceptions apply, including clearly personalised goods, rapidly perishable products and some sealed hygiene products once unsealed.

You may reasonably inspect products as you would in a shop. Opening packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation rights. Where handling beyond necessary inspection reduces an item's value, a lawful deduction may apply.

Blind Boxes & collectables

Blind Box contents are randomly selected, and duplicates are possible. Receiving a duplicate or an unwanted design does not, by itself, make the product faulty.

Online Blind Box purchases remain subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights, including where the packaging has been opened. Any deduction for diminished value will be assessed individually.

How to return an item

Email sales@somethingdifferentuk.co.uk with your name, order number or other proof of purchase, and details of the items you wish to return.

You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights. Any clear cancellation notice sent within the applicable deadline is sufficient.

Please package returned items securely and include your order details so we can identify your purchase.

Return postage

For unwanted items, you are normally responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, although tracking is not compulsory.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law. Please contact us so we can arrange a suitable return method.

Refunds & delivery charges

If you cancel your entire eligible online order, we will refund the goods and the original delivery charge, up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option for your order. Optional express delivery upgrades are not refundable.

For partial returns, the original flat-rate delivery charge is not normally refunded where the same delivery charge would have applied to the items you keep.

Refunds for statutory cancellations involving returned goods are processed without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence they have been sent back, whichever happens first. Different timing applies where we have offered collection or the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, subject to any lawful deduction. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the payment.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory consumer rights apply separately from the change-of-mind cancellation period. This normally includes a 30-day short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods, with further rights to repair, replacement or other remedies where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer a separate change-of-mind exchange service. You can return your original purchase under any applicable cancellation rights and place a new order. This does not affect your statutory rights to a replacement for faulty goods.
