Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.99 to England, Scotland and Wales, usually 3–5 business days.

Express: Royal Mail Tracked 24, £4.99, usually 1–3 business days.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are usually dispatched the next working day.

Free standard delivery is available on mainland UK orders over £40, although some heavier items may have a surcharge. Customers must select the free delivery option at checkout where applicable.

Ireland delivery is £4.99.

Orders to mail forwarding centres for shipping outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders containing Nomination products are sent using a signed-for service.

Orders over £400 are sent via DPD for insurance purposes.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is received.

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact sales@somethingdifferentuk.co.uk before returning any item, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.

If the item is not faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage. Tracked returns are recommended, as we are not liable for parcels lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to show the refund.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, earrings for hygiene reasons, and certain perishable, custom, personal care or hazardous goods.

If you would like an exchange, the easiest option is to return the original item and place a new order. Delivery charges will apply to exchanged items.
