How to use wax melts
Product Info

Bakehouse Biscuit is a warm bakery wax melt with soft cinnamon, golden biscuit notes and rich buttery pastry. The fragrance feels cosy, comforting and freshly baked, making it perfect for kitchen spaces and anyone who loves classic bakery-inspired home fragrance.

Each pot contains six easy-to-snap segments, making it simple to control the strength of your home fragrance. Poured in a high-fragrance soy/paraffin blend, it offers excellent scent throw and is suitable for wax melt burners and oil burners.

Safety & Care

Remove one or two segments and place them in the well of a suitable wax melt burner. Do not add water, and never overfill the burner.

Use only with an appropriate tealight or electric burner and keep out of reach of children and pets. Allow the wax to cool fully before handling, and do not leave a burner unattended while in use.

Delivery Information

Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.99 to England, Scotland and Wales, usually 3–5 business days.

Express: Royal Mail Tracked 24, £4.99, usually 1–3 business days.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are usually dispatched the next working day.

Free standard delivery is available on mainland UK orders over £40, although some heavier items may have a surcharge. Customers must select the free delivery option at checkout where applicable.

Ireland delivery is £4.99.

Orders to mail forwarding centres for shipping outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders containing Nomination products are sent using a signed-for service.

Orders over £400 are sent via DPD for insurance purposes.

Returns Information

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is received.

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact sales@somethingdifferentuk.co.uk before returning any item, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.

If the item is not faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage. Tracked returns are recommended, as we are not liable for parcels lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to show the refund.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, earrings for hygiene reasons, and certain perishable, custom, personal care or hazardous goods.

If you would like an exchange, the easiest option is to return the original item and place a new order. Delivery charges will apply to exchanged items.
